Sports prototype Lada Revolution became the exhibit of the museum in Tolyatti
A unique racing roadster handed over to the exhibition Employee AvtoVAZ Lev Makarov. The President of AvtoVAZ JSC, IV Karacatzanis, took part in the solemn ceremony of transferring a new exhibit.
Lev Makarov, together with a group of factory workers, fond of motor sports, renovated the car, which was the first in the Lada Revolution series and was shown in 2003 on car dealerships in Moscow and Frankfurt.
Lada Revolution entered an extensive collection consisting of 74 unique LADA cars — conceptual, sports and serial cars, each of which has its own history.
At the ceremony of transferring the car, President AvtoVAZ JSC, Iv Karacatzanis thanked the restorers and noted that the Lada Museum is an important cultural and tourist object: about 20 thousand people attended him every year, and in just 43-year-old history of the museum has been visited more than 1 million.
